TruScreen is collaborating with Nigeria’s Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) for a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Gates Foundation) grant application focused on cost-disruptive cervical cancer screening in Nigeria.
FY 31 March 2026 Revenue and Results Guidance Achieved
Unaudited FY2026 product sales revenue was in line with the guidance provided on 26 February 2026 at approximately NZ$2.4 million, representing an increase of 41% on FY2025. Total unaudited revenue for FY2026 is expected to be approximately NZ$2.8 million, slightly higher than the previous guidance and an increase of around 29% on FY2025.

Retirement of Director Christopher Horn
Mr Christopher Horn has informed the Company of his intention to retire as a non-executive director following the filing of the Company’s Preliminary Final results, expected to be on or around 31 May 2026.
